Wellness teams is a groups competition in motoric entrances and skill disciplines. Compete in the categories aerobics and step aerobics. This contest is designed for beginners, and in the following age categories:

• junior school age (8-11 years),
(average age group)
• school age (11-16 years),
• juniors (16-25 years) a
• seniors (26 years over).

The number of competitors in the team can vary between six to ten persons. Length of exhibition is different - according to age category: the category junior school age 1:35 min + / - 5 sec., for the other 2:00 min + / - 5 sec. The competition surface size is at least 9 x 9 meters, max 12 x 12 meters.
