Sport Aerobics is the top international competition and has the following categories:

• individuals,
• women,
• men,
• couples and
• three-member teams.

They held the competition at the same level as the fitness teams, i.e. CZ Champ., European Champ. and World Championship in the same categories and the same length group. Size of racing surface is less than the fitness teams, 7 times 7 meters.
There is also Basic Aerobic Cup competition, which have a ban on participation of the Championship finalists.

Fitness teams is the top international team event, in three different categories:

• fitness teams aerobics,
• step aerobics and
• hip hop teams.

Each year is organized Czech Championship, European Championships and World Championships. Competitions are held in these age categories: children (8-10 years), Cadets (11-13 years), Juniors (l4-16 years) and seniors (17 or more years). Number of competitors in the team is at least 6-8 persons. Length of each show is 2 minutes. + / - 5 sec. Size of racing area is 9 times 9 meters.
There is also Basic Fitness Cup competition, which have a ban on participation of the Championship finalists.
