Aerobic Team Show (ATS) is a group competition in stage songs in which contestants show off various forms of aerobics. Songs can be performed with or without equipment or with another accessories.



ATS is held in the following age categories:

• Children (8-10 years),
• Cadets (11-13 years),
• Juniors (l4-16 years),
• Seniors (17 + years) and
• Mixed category (different ages).

Number of competitors per team ranged from 7 to 20 persons. Length of performance varies by age: Children 2:20 min. + / - 5 sec., The other 2:40 minutes + / - 5 sec. The competition stage is over 12 times 12 meters. Competitions take place at two levels, semi-final competitions Bohemia and Moravia county and Czech Republic cup final.

There is a Basic Aerobic Team Show, a competition designed for beginners.
